Domestic Shipment Policy:  

1. All our shipments are booked through reputed courier companies via Bluer Dart & DTDC. 
2. Once the order is placed it takes 2-3 days to process the documentation & ship you the parcel. 
3. It takes around 4 to 5 working days to reach the parcel at your doorstep.
4. In special cases, 1-day shipping with add-on charges can be provided, sole discretion at the availability of service in the concerned area.

6. All Domestic Shipments are in 399.

International Shipment Policy:

1. All our shipments are booked via FedEx & Courier services offering international service.
2. International Shipping charges for all products include shipping, packaging & tracking.
3. International shipments go through Indian custom clearance so please be patient.
4. Shipments for only Gemstones will take 6 to 9 working days from the day of the parcel is picked from supply office.
5. Shipments with Ring/Pendant along with Gemstones will take 10 to 15 working days from the day of the parcel is picked from supply office.
6. Gemstone once studded in the ring or any other jewelry will not be applicable for Replacement OR Refund.
7. As all gems are natural so there is no lifetime exchange or returns and refunds.
8. All international shipments are covered under trade agreements by the Government of India, in case some restrictions are there and shipments are not able to go through, 100% refund against payment received will be given.
9. All international shipments are in 9999
   

 Received Incorrect or Damaged goods:

1. In case of any damaged product is received, inform within 24 hours. 
2. Unfortunately, if the information is not received within 24 hours, no store credits/refunds will be processed.

Special Note:

Import duties, taxes, and customs charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are as per law of land & will be the buyer's responsibility.
